GP Homes and Repairs enjoyed working on this Kitchen Remodel with the client. The design team and engineering team created a plan for the client to give them what they requested for their kitchen. Designing the kitchen, removing some cabinets and adding others, enclosing the underside of the peninsula, and installing a vent hood for the stove. Providing the client with a 3D drawing they were able to see the final look of their home.
The design team created a custom beam (Which looks amazing, stained cedar) to support the house so the walls 2 walls could be removed giving the client the entertainment and open living space they desired. A custom-built island was added to the open living space, which is a great place to have wine! A wonderful island oasis to sit with a group of friends or family and enjoy the time making memories. In addition to the wonderful job on the island, the floors were also repaired to make seem like the home has always been open.
Of course, taking down walls means there is a lot of behind the walls work that also must be done and the floors must be repaired. Re-routed electrical and HVAC after removing walls. Installed new outlets and new pendant lights
