A home that was built in the 1960s. The client asked us to do a gut renovation for the kitchen and living room: ceilings, paint and wanted an open space re-configuration. We added new kitchen cabinets, backsplash, quartzite countertop, quartzite farm sink, vent hood, drop-in lights, and vintage-style flooring. We tore down walls between the kitchen and dining room and installed a support beam, replaced all sheetrock, raised the ceiling, painted the room, tiled floors, tiled the fireplace, relocated the plumbing, and added an island, and electrical. The customer was very happy with the end result. As you can see in the picture, it is a gorgeous makeover.
